True elegance from not so elegant trash.

I found these lamps out our local redemption center.  The women running the place gave me the most puzzled look. She asked why I would want those old outdated lamps when I could go to Marshall's and get new ones? I told her that when I was done with them they would be exactly what I wanted and one of a kind not mass produced.  Rustoleum has so many great paint colors to choose from!  I used Satin Nickel on this project.  The shade is from Ballard Designs. .....and they lived happily ever after in my bedroom (until I decide to paint them again!)
