glass finish ideas

I have a sidelight in the entryway that really needs help.

 If it could be replaced I would do it, but I am stuck with it.

 I have used the frosting spray on windows before, but it just will not do for this project. I am looking for something akin to the textured clear glass finish.

 Something that is not a color. anyone have any ideas?
