Wow Creator’s, have we had an action-packed couple of months in the Studio! If you’re like the rest of us, you could use a little cheat sheet to keep track of all the challenges and prize winners, so carry along with us for all the deets.

Our first mini-challenge launched in fall, and was aptly titled Sayonara Summer Challenge. Members were sent product samples from the Imagine line of paints, and were invited to create a project using those paints. Projects included holiday-themed and other décor (see below) and in the end, our community chose Mconnorsmac Holiday Shutters as the winner:

The Double Take Mini-Challenge saw members putting Chalk Paint and Milk Paint toe-to-toe in this fun “seeing double” activity. Showcasing side-by-side views of furniture and décor, in the end the community chose the Vintage JC Penney-to-Edison Lamp transformation submitted by Drniehoff:

Annnnnnnnd next up is the Small But Mighty Mini Challenge, in which Creators had an opportunity to test the Modern Masters Metallics line. The submissions in this activity were positively glowing;) We were treated to a magical room and washing table lamp, and in the end our community chose this gorgeous Modern Metal Marble Table from member SeaBeeMarket:

And last but not least … is the Turbo Tuxedo Challenge, when members had the opportunity to try Rust-Oleum’s new Turbo Spray product. From cats to zebras to coffee tables, we some amazing and unique projects in this challenge. At the end of the day, our community chose this Old Shed project by longstanding member Wild Bill. (Stay tuned for an update on this one – his project was so big he ran out of paint! He’s had his supply replenished and will post the final view as time and weather permits:)

Congratulations to our winners and thanks to every single one of you who participated, either by submitting a project or voting for your favorites. And if you haven’t yet, be sure to check out the inspiration in each of these challenge pages.

Creator’s Studio members – you have once again confirmed that we have the most innovative and creative community around!
