New product advice needed.

I need to redo the seam in my laminate countertop. I came across this acrylic paint set in the clearance aisle. My favorite place. I decided to buy it because it matches my laminate countertop. My question is after I fill the seam, i’d like to use this acrylic set to match up the laminate. My question is will it stay permanently or is there something I can put over top of it too make it permanent? If not, do you have any other suggestions on what product I could use?
