Alteration build up - Tried to fix it

Project from Fall 2022 as pulled off display and the anatomical proportions reassessed for correction last fall. Finally this project months waiting-in-the-wings was completed with its alterations and paint job.

Ended up using crumpled aluminum foil with clay overlay to build up base of the sunken red cap, added hair, build up tunic base circumference, upper pant waistline, added length to the boots to be more proportional-and figure less top heavy and proportionally balanced.

Feel its now improved in its anatomical perspective….. particularly- at the the hat - top of the head ( formerly lack of) were the areas that bothered me.

Soon back up on top of the grandfather’s clock for display after waiting for the matte sealer cure.
