Help please!!

Does anyone know how i would go about cutting or drilling a hole into the top of this mannequin? I want to make it into a planter but am affraid of it cracking or ruining it. Im not very knowledgable in the tool department so if anyone would know the best way to approach doing this id greatly appreciate any advice i can get. Thanks.
